Do you take my insurance?Our practice is direct pay only to provide a more customizable patient care experience based on your needs, not the preferences of your insurance provider. However, we can provide you with a receipt/superbill you can submit for reimbursement from private insurance companies.

What services do you provide?Our services are limited to in person Osteopathy/Osteopathic Manipulation, Acupuncture, and Guided Breathwork & Meditation. Your specific treatment plan will be determined during your consultation with Dr. Yoo. We do NOT offer the following services: prescription medication management, vaccinations, physicals, urgent care, ordering tests. (We can review results of testing performed elsewhere.)

What will my treatment be?The approach, technique, and various other elements are not pre-decided. Every patient is treated as a unique individual at each visit. During out initial consultation, we will agree to a treatment plan that is effective and you are comfortable with.

What to expect at your visit
All sessions will involve hands-on treatments with various modalities of Osteopathic Manipulation and depending on what we are working on we may also include acupuncture and guided breathwork-meditation.
During your initial complimentary visit, we will discuss a treatment plan and how we will continue working together to address your needs.
